🎯 Problem
Organizing a multi-day international conference from scratch with a student team, most of whom had no prior event management experience, across multiple simultaneous workstreams.

Coordinated logistics across academics, socials, sponsoring, and finance divisions as part of the elected committee

Negotiated with caterers, hotels, and hostels to secure services within budget for visiting delegates
