A 12-week EPFL initiative combining design thinking, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. I used the program to develop and pivot a travel-tech startup idea from concept to MVP plan alongside a co-founder.

🎯 Problem
Ground transportation in Europe is fragmented, no single platform integrates trains, night trains, buses, and carpooling to offer optimized itineraries. Existing tools address parts of the problem but leave a clear gap for travelers seeking efficient, sustainable routes.
⚙️ Approach

Developed and pitched a startup concept within the travel industry, then pivoted toward sustainable ground transportation optimization

Applied design thinking methods to understand user needs and refine the product direction

Designed and tested early solution concepts through iterative feedback sessions

Planned a first MVP integrating trains, night trains, buses, and carpooling into one platform
